Reflective Plates: Laminate to Oblong Dry Reflective & Trim.
Each one of our Clear Acrylic 406x111mm HEX faces is 3mm thick and UV stable to resist clouding and discolouring. Cut Acrylic has straight edges and a thin adhesive coating protected by an overlay. Acrylic’s rigidity adds both strength and durability to your number plates. Tennants matched components are covered by our BSAU145e certification, shown on our main website.

Clear Acrylic - HEX
All our Clear Acrylic HEX faces are certified to make Tennants number plates. Not only is it UV stable to resist discolouring, but it also comes with protective covers. This specialist plate media is pre-cut in house to match our custom HEX shape.
Dry Reflective
Our White & Yellow Dry Reflective sheets are UV stable and resistant to fading. We use Oralite License Plate reflective because it provides superior bonding when printed. Dry simply means it is printable and comes without an adhesive coating.
Design & Printing: Use LG Plates
Design & print HEX Plates using our LG Plates software, later versions include 3 specific templates to accommodate its slanted sides. Select one of the HEX templates, type a Registration & print it onto Oblong Plate Media. Combine your printed sheet with its shaped HEX component. Finish off by removing any protective covers and cutting off the excess media.
Note: Software HEX Templates are configured for printing on Oblong Dry Reflective.
